About the role



As a key part of our front office team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school through a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, pupils, and parents, you'll coordinate reception, manage enquiries, and support internal communications. You'll also play an important role in maintaining pupil records, supporting school events, and assisting the Senior Leadership Team and Admissions with various admin tasks. This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our school community.



This is a zero hour contract role needed across all sites of our schools as the need arises. This role is immediately available.





Who we are looking for



You're approachable, organised, and proactive, with a strong sense of professionalism and a genuine commitment to supporting others. You bring experience in administration or school office work, are confident using digital systems (like ISAMS or similar), and can manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently. You're a strong communicator and team player, able to support staff, pupils, and parents with care and clarity. Importantly, you understand the importance of safeguarding and are ready to play your part in creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone in our school.
