School Business Manager

We are seeking to appoint a School Business Manager to join our team. We welcome applications from individuals with experience in school business management, or those with strong and relevant expertise in finance and resource management. This is a key leadership role, working in partnership with the Headteacher to ensure the smooth running of our nursery school's business operations.

The role is for 24 hours per week. Whilst there are key times and days that will need to be covered, we are open to discussing a working pattern that supports both the needs of the nursery school and the successful candidate.

You will share responsibility for all aspects of finance and administration and will take the lead on specific areas including:

Financial Resource Management Administration Management ICT and Management Communication Systems HR Management Health and Safety Safeguarding Facility and Property Management


We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to work strategically, whilst also managing a small administration team and supporting day to day operations.
