Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial management, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and best value Lead on HR, premises, procurement, and health & safety compliance Work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement Manage administrative functions and contribute to strategic planning Line manage support staff across finance, premises, and administration

You Will Have:

Proven experience in school business management or similar Strong financial and resource management expertise Confident leadership of HR, premises and H&S operations A calm, professional attitude and a sense of humour Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
