As the School Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management, HR oversight, facility management, and health and safety protocols of our school. This role will ensure that the non-teaching operational aspects are delivered effectively, allowing our educational team to focus on what matters most - the children.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school's budget and financial resources while ensuring compliance with NPAT financial procedures.
Oversee the HR management, ensuring effective deployment and support of admin staff.
Develop and maintain administrative systems that comply with statutory regulations.
Advise the school leadership team on operational aspects related to non-teaching support.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality and integrity in all school matters.
We are looking for someone who:
Has significant experience in financial and administrative management ideally within an educational setting.
Possesses strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Demonstrates effectiveness in HR management and personnel development.
Is knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and compliance.
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
