About Us

ST RICHARD'S CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL





We are looking to appoint a School Business Manager to join our wonderful school as a key member of our team. We are a caring and happy school community and the successful candidate would be responsible for supporting us through managing and leading the day to day operational aspects of the school including finance, administration, procurement, human resources, employment, estate management, health and safety as well as reporting to and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. We are a one and a half-form entry primary school, situated in Chichester. We have a committed team of staff who work hard to provide outstanding learning opportunities using our school and our local environment.

Salary:

Grade 8/9 32,597 - 39,152 (pro rata)

Contract Type:

Permanent

Working Pattern:

32 hours over 4 days per week

What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for someone with:




Experience as a School Business Manager or within a financial environment The SBM certificate or diploma or be willing to undertake this. Good communication skills, both orally and verbally and be able to work effectively with children, staff, parents, governors and the wider community. A logical, strategic and positive, 'can do' attitude to school life. Excellent ICT skills and up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes that support good school management such as Bromcom.
