About the Role:

  • Overseeing all financial processes, ensuring efficient budgeting and spending.
  • Managing human resources, including payroll, contracts, and recruitment.
  • Leading on health and safety, safeguarding the school environment.
  • Providing strategic support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Cultivating positive relationships with staff, parents, and governors.
