About Us

Sparkle MAT / Orchards Junior School are looking to appoint a suitably experienced and dynamic School Business Manager operationally based in the Junior School but with financial oversight of Orchards Infant School who are also part of the trust.



Sparkle is a two school Multi Academy Trust, established in 2015 with a strong financial record of providing high quality opportunities for the children and staff at the schools. Orchards Infant School joined in January 2024.

Salary: Hay Grade B (58,131 to 62,549)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Location: Orchards Junior School

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading all non-teaching operations including Finance, HR, Health & Safety, Premises, and Business Development.



As a key adviser to the Headteacher and Governors, you will ensure that all school resources are used effectively to enhance educational outcomes and long-term sustainability.
