About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable

School Caretaker

to provide temporary - permanent support at a school in the BT9 area. This is a 6-week position initially with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Opening and securing the school premises Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment Assisting with site duties as required

Requirements

Previous caretaking or facilities/maintenance experience (essential) Valid Enhanced AccessNI clearance (essential) Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills Must be able to commute reliably to BT9
