Job Summary:

Monmouthshire County Council - Building Cleaning Department require a school cleaner at Shirenewton Primary School . 16 hours per week Monday to Friday 15.30pm -18.42pm . 12.60 per hour.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable

- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

- Cleaning and sanitising washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas

- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately

- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products

- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor

Requirements:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning

- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

- Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning
- Previous janitorial experience
