We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in their own area of this lovely school. Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including floors, windows, and furniture. Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness are essential attributes.
