Communications & Social Media Officer

to showcase school life, highlight programs, and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Role Overview:


The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media channels, and promoting our school online to generate leads and increase awareness. You will be the voice and visual storyteller of our school, bringing our community to life through posts, photos, and campaigns that drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:



Capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase school events, programs, and daily life.

Create engaging, creative, and visually appealing posts for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage social media accounts, respond to messages/comments, and monitor engagement.

Plan and execute campaigns that drive audiences to the school website and encourage enquiries.

Collaborate with school staff to highlight key programs, initiatives, and achievements.

Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise content performance and engagement.

Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels.

Requirements:



Experience in communications, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Strong photography and visual storytelling skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, innovative, and able to generate ideas independently.

Familiarity with social media analytics and strategies for driving traffic and engagement.

Passion for education and promoting school communities.
