Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher Maintain classroom order and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment Promote positive behaviour and uphold school policies at all times Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil participation and progress Supervise students during transitions and lunch or break times as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is highly desirable Excellent communication and classroom management skills Adaptability, patience, and a calm, professional demeanour A good standard of education (minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent) A team player who is reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
