About the Role
We are looking for talented School Holiday Club Assistants to help us achieve our mission. The Holiday Club Assistants will work on a seasonal basis, supporting, engaging and enhancing our existing Holiday Activity & Food Programme (HAF).
The successful candidates will be a part of the delivery of a wide range of different enriching activities for children in Key Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 in various locations including schools and our youth centres.
As the HAF Programme is only delivered during school holidays, there may be opportunity for the post-holder to take the lead on additional smaller projects, and this is something we would seek to align with the successful candidate's skill sets and will discuss with applicants at the interview stage.
Main duties of the role include:
Build and maintain positive relationships with young people.
Support and deliver sessions during our Holiday Clubs- this includes a variety of sports and craft activities
Offer feedback to help develop the HAF Programme
You'll be lots of fun and enthusiastic about ensuring our young people have a fantastic experience
Effectively manage behaviour in accordance with our policies
Effectively manage safeguarding in accordance with our policies
Effectively manage health & safety in accordance with our policies
The role will involve working across 5 partner schools in the Blackpool area. Therefore a driving licence and own transport are preferred

Competitive salary-
