.What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver
1:1 and small group support
tailored to individual pupil needs. Assist withIndividual Education Plans (IEPs)
andpositive behaviour strategies
. Create asupportive and engaging classroom environment
. Encourageconfidence, independence, and social development
. Collaborate withteachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
. Support pupils throughtransitions and daily routines
.Who We're Looking For:
Experience in
education, care, youth work, coaching
, or similar roles. A relevant qualification (e.g.,psychology, childcare, education
) is a bonus but not essential. Excellentcommunication and teamwork
skills. Apatient, empathetic, and proactive
approach to supporting young learners. A genuine passion forinclusive education and child development
