Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
,Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
needs, andbehavioural difficulties
.Key Responsibilities:
Provide
personalised 1:1 and small group support
to pupils with SEND. Assist in deliveringIndividual Education Plans (IEPs)
andpositive behaviour strategies
. Foster asafe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
. Work collaboratively withteachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
. Promoteindependence, confidence, and social skills
in young learners.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Background in
education, care, youth work, coaching
, or similar fields. Relevant qualifications (e.g.,childcare, psychology, education
) are beneficial but not essential. Strongcommunication and teamwork
abilities. Apatient, empathetic, and proactive
approach to supporting children. Genuine enthusiasm forinclusive education and child development
