As the School Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the centre's success. You'll manage the daily operations, from staff supervision and student enrolment to curriculum implementation and community engagement. We're looking for someone who is passionate about education and technology, and who has the leadership skills to inspire both our team and our students.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coding centre. This includes scheduling classes, managing resources, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of passionate coding instructors. Foster a collaborative and positive work culture.
Student & Parent Relations:
Handle student inquiries, manage enrolments, and build strong relationships with parents to ensure student success and satisfaction.
Curriculum & Quality Control:
Ensure the effective delivery of our coding curriculum. Maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Community Engagement:
Act as the face of the centre in the local community. Organise and participate in events to promote our programs and grow our student base.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within an educational setting.
Skills:
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A solid understanding of basic business and financial principles is a plus.
Passion:
A genuine interest in technology and a belief in the power of coding education to change lives.
