The Hawthorns School is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Minibus Driver to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our pupils travel safely to and from school each day.

Key Details:


Drive a designated school minibus route each morning and afternoon during term time


Approximately 10 hours per week (may vary slightly depending on route)


Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils while on the bus


Carry out basic daily vehicle checks and keep the minibus clean and tidy

Requirements:


Full, clean UK driving licence (D1 category preferred; MiDAS training desirable - training can be arranged if needed)


Punctual, responsible, and friendly attitude


Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and school staff


Previous experience driving a minibus or working with children is desirable but not essential
