About You

Inspiring change with a caring approach
You`re a
Registered Nurse
with a passion for supporting children, young people and families. You bring compassion, curiosity and the drive to grow, including a
clear commitment to completing your SCPHN training within 18 months
of starting in this post.
You`ll bring:
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience working with children, young people or families
in health, education or community settings
Confidence delivering one to one or group based interventions
Excellent communication skills
, with the ability to collaborate across multi agency teams
Strong prioritisation and time management skills
, even under pressure
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Empathy, adaptability and a solution focused approach
You must be able to work all year round and travel independently across the borough.
It would be great if you also have
community experience, experience managing a caseload
, or have delivered public health interventions before. These are not essential, but they will help you thrive in the role.
