Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly and efficient office assistant to join our Academic Administration Team, providing general administrative support in our busy school office and supporting the welfare and wellbeing of our children. Acting as a school ambassador in this outward facing role, the successful candidate will have first class communication and administration skills and the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to parents, staff and students. Experience of working within a fast paced and multi-tasking environment is essential.

Experience & Background



The ideal candidate should have a love for learning and working with children. You will need to be educated to A level standard or equivalent with experience in a comparable customer focussed administration role and must have excellent IT skills. You will also be a reliable and capable individual, who can use their own initiative and be proactive, as well as work as part of a team.

Hours of Work



The hours of work are 17.5 hours per week, 12:30 - 16.00 Monday to Friday during term time. Whilst this is a term time only post (working 33 weeks per year), there is also a requirement to work an additional 37.5 hours outside of term time.

Salary



The full time equivalent salary is 25,749 per annum. The pro-rata total salary, based on the above hours and weeks of work, is 9,184 per annum.
