. As we prepare for this exciting venture, we are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated
Office Manager
to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a term time role, working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

Brook School aims to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where learners can thrive academically and personally. Brook School will be an independent day special school for children and young people with SEMH, ASD and associated learning and communication difficulties.
Your role:
As the Office Manager, you will be an essential member of the school's Senior Leadership Team, overseeing business and financial administration while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You will provide confidential HR administrative support, manage the kitchen facilities and food ordering, and deliver high-quality administrative assistance to senior leaders. In addition, as the Designated Data Lead and Online Safety Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate data systems and promoting a safe, compliant digital environment across the school.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role for at least 3-5 years.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, MIS and Sage).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of educational administration is desirable but not essential.
