Swan Rider are looking for caring and responsible drivers to join our team of private hire drivers. You will be responsible for safely transporting children and adults with Special Education Needs. responsibilities include;
Ensure safe transport for our clients to and from agreed establishments
Liaise with Parents/Carers/Schools where required to ensure smooth delivery of transport.
Follow all journey safety instructions provided in line with the clients needs.
Ensure excellent time keeping as journeys are split am and pm as per school times.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (3 points or less)
Provide necessary documents to complete an Enhanced DBS Check
Driving Experience minimum of 3 years
Proof of Right to Work
Availability to attend a Medical Assessment
Ability and confidence to driver any vehicle ranging from a car to large Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.
Available to work 10-25hrs per week

The driver role will be during school term time only, however depending on route allocation you may be required to work during school holidays.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, patience and the ability to support less mobile and wheelchair users, ensuring upmost care, safety and compassion for all our clients.
