We are seeking a reliable and skilled Transport Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities
Daily School runs for our Day Pupils - typically between 6.45am and 5pm Monday to Friday;
Take school teams to compete with other schools - regionally and nationally - mainly within the school day;
Transport for academic field trips and enrichment programmes;
Transport for medical appointments and A&E visits
Airport and Train transfers for our Boarding Pupils returning home or staying with guardians;
Some weekend working will be required to fulfill some of the above tasks along with weekend recreational activities for our Boarders
Person Specification:
You should have a friendly and positive attitude, enjoy working with children, be punctual and reliable.
Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
Minimum of 2 years driving experience
Good knowledge of the local area
Full UK driving licence - 6 points maximum
Drivers typically work a 16 to 30 hour week - we can be flexible, you choose what you work.
