Are you a reliable and safety-conscious driver seeking a meaningful part-time role? We are looking for compassionate and punctual individuals to join our school transport team, supporting young and vulnerable passengers across Stoke-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers in a company-provided vehicle Complete daily vehicle checks, refuelling, and light cleaning Operate tail lifts and secure wheelchairs when required Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all passengers Communicate clearly and respectfully with individuals with additional needs Follow all safety procedures and company policies Promptly report incidents, issues, or concerns Travel independently to and from designated pick-up and drop-off locations

What We're Looking For

Aged 25 or over (for insurance purposes) Minimum of 2 years' driving experience Valid taxi badge issued by a UK local authority Strong communication skills, especially when supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach Committed to high standards of safety, care, and professionalism
