Schools & Communities Engagement Manager

position could be for you.



You would be joining our busy Marketing & School Liaison team and working with schools, stakeholders and the local community to support recruitment for our Huntingdon and Cambridge Campuses. You will join us on a full time (37 hours), full year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between

36,361 - 36,951 per annum, plus staff benefits.




Working to help young people make informed decisions about their next step, you will be working with the team to build awareness of the college's offer, and of the different educational routes available. The role takes you out and about the region regularly in schools and at events, you will be equally comfortable talking to large groups at school assemblies, as talking directly to prospective students and parents about their options.



You'll be skilled at developing meaningful relationships with schools, sixth forms, local authorities, community groups, and college stakeholders external and internal. As part of the management team planning and delivering the college's recruitment activities you will bring insights on regional trends and developments and develop engagement strategies to achieve the college objectives.



Skilled at event management, developing clear and engaging communications and highly organised you will be managing multiple events, communicating with stakeholders at key points throughout the academic year and coordinating college attendance at multiple events across the region.
