M:Tech is a leading provider of creative music technology education in schools for KS2 pupils. Our dynamic and interactive course provides a unique and inclusive experience where children explore the world of music technology, learn technical skills, and develop creativity. Role Overview



We are seeking a

highly efficient

,

proactive

and

detail-oriented

Schools Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of M:Tech classes across multiple schools. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be part of a supportive, professional team responsible for the precise scheduling, coordination and communication that keeps our schools and teachers connected.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy and forward planning - particularly those with experience managing bookings, timetables or club/course coordination within an educational setting. The ideal candidate will be

Key Responsibilities



Administration



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil registrations, attendance and participation across all schools. Manage class timetables with precision, ensuring teachers, schools and pupils have the correct schedules and information. Support the Operations Manager in planning term schedules and preparing communications.

Communication & Liaison



Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with school staff to ensure smooth and efficient course delivery. Liaise with key contacts to confirm lesson times, teacher allocations and termly arrangements. Draft clear, concise correspondence and communicate project details, course updates and scheduling changes to staff or parents. Handle enquiries from schools, parents and pupils promptly, resolving administrative or procedural matters with care, accuracy and a can-do attitude - including confidently picking up the phone when needed.

Data Management



Input, track, and maintain data with exceptional accuracy in internal systems (e.g. databases and logs). Ensure data is managed securely and complies with safeguarding and data protection policies.

when engaging with schools, staff and parents.

Strong written and verbal communication

abilities.

Accuracy in data entry

and familiarity with databases and spreadsheets. Excellent organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills. Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience in school or club coordination (bookings, schedules or course logistics) is highly desirable

. An interest in music, technology or creative education is also desirable but not essential.
