The Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders while utilising CRM software to track interactions and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with organisational goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, donors, and community organisations.
Utilise CRM software to manage partner information, track engagement, and report on partnership performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that highlight partnership opportunities.
Oversee fundraising initiatives in collaboration with partners to maximise financial support for the organisation.
Provide exceptional customer service to partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Engage in public relations efforts to promote partnerships and enhance the organisation's reputation within the community.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, relationship management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM software; experience with Raiser's Edge is highly desirable.
Strong fundraising skills with a track record of successful partnership development.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to partner satisfaction.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
