About the Role
This role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the British Jewish community on a part-time basis. You'll join the team supporting our new Generation Resilience programme - helping run lunchtime clubs and workshops in Jewish primary schools across the region.
Alongside school delivery, you'll support behind-the-scenes work such as planning, communications, and content development. We are happy to work flexibly around your availability and school term-time.
Key Responsibilities include:
Deliver fun, structured lunchtime clubs and Jewish values-based sessions
Help build relationships with teachers, parents and school staff
Support with programme planning, logistics, and administration
Track attendance and support reporting processes
Occasionally support evening or Sunday programmes as needed
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with a background or interest in youth work or education
A confident, positive role model with strong communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
A self-starter who's comfortable travelling between locations
Someone with a passion for Jewish life, inclusion and personal development
Holds a full UK driving licence
Experience working with children aged 7-11 is ideal
