Our school provides a nurturing and supportive environment for students aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. We deliver a tailored curriculum that supports academic progress while addressing the individual needs of each learner. With small class sizes, a strong team ethos, and a therapeutic approach to education, we are committed to helping every student thrive.

The Role:


You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and accessible Science lessons that inspire curiosity and build confidence. You'll work closely with a committed team of staff and support professionals to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver dynamic Science lessons tailored to the needs of SEMH students Develop strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families Support students' emotional wellbeing alongside their academic progress Contribute to the wider school community and behaviour support strategies

What We're Looking For:



Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3 and KS4) A genuine passion for working with students with SEMH needs A flexible, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to teaching Strong classroom management and communication skills

Pay: 160.00-225.00 per day
