:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS3 and KS4 Science curriculum, across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific enquiry through practical experiments and theoretical exploration
• Create a lab of inclusion where every student feels valued, challenged, and inspired
• Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform planning
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development
• Contribute to the wider school community through science fairs, cross-curricular projects, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching Science at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
• Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student wellbeing
• Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Be enthusiastic about continuous professional development, team collaboration, and scientific innovation
