We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. This role involves providing one-on-one or small group instruction tailored to meet individual learning needs, enhancing students' academic skills, and building their confidence in their abilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised tutoring sessions in subjects as required, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the unique needs of each student. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and motivation. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding achievements and areas for improvement.

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of educational principles. Experience working with children, demonstrating patience and the ability to connect with young learners. Knowledge or experience in special education is advantageous, enabling effective support for diverse learning needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear interaction with students and their families. Strong organisational skills to manage lesson plans, schedules, and student records efficiently.
