Science Tutor

to join our supportive and friendly team.

About the Role:

This

part-time

position offers a

minimum of 6 hours per week

, working across

two afternoons

(availability on

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

). You'll teach

KS3 and KS4 Science

, with opportunities to tutor up to

A-Level

-- particularly if you can specialise in

Biology

.

The role is

in-person

at our Stratford-upon-Avon centre, but if you can also offer

online tutoring

, that's a fantastic bonus as we continue to grow. We also have

daytime availability

opening up for the right tutor.

You'll work with students

1:1 or in small groups (up to 4)

, allowing you to make a real, lasting impact on every learner.

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in

Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

up to GCSE and A-Level Adapt your approach to suit a variety of learning styles and abilities Support and motivate students to build confidence and achieve academic goals Provide constructive feedback and communicate progress to parents Work collaboratively with other tutors in a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For:

A strong academic background in

Science

, ideally with a

specialism in Biology

Experience teaching or tutoring

KS3-A Level

A professional, patient, and encouraging teaching style Excellent communication and organisational skills Passion for helping students grow in both knowledge and confidence SEND experience is desirable but not essential

Pay & Hours:

30-37.50 per hour

Part-time | From 6 hours per week

(across 2 afternoons) minimum

Daytime, afternoon, and weekend sessions available
