Scientific Engagement Lead

E-vate delivers highly interactive scientific engagement for global pharma and biotech teams. We create environments where experts can contribute openly and clients gain clear, actionable insight.

We're hiring a Scientific Engagement Lead to shape and deliver these programmes across a wide range of therapy areas. You'll work directly with pharma clients, facilitate discussions with key opinion leaders, and guide the flow of scientific conversation to generate meaningful insight.

This role is particularly suited to those from MSL or Field Application Specialist backgrounds who enjoy scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement and leading expert discussions. Alongside running meetings, you'll produce clear, structured reports that summarise the debate and support client decision making.

You must have:

Experience in pharma or medical communications Direct experience of engaging with expert stakeholders A degree in a biological or medical discipline Strong communication skills, written and verbal Ability to manage multiple projects and build trusted relationships

You'll be doing:

Facilitating discussions with clinicians, researchers, system leaders and patient representatives Working directly with pharma clients to shape programme content and objectives Capturing insight during meetings and producing concise, actionable reports Coordinating project delivery across internal teams Supporting proposals and other business development activity

Desirable:

Experience running advisory boards or insight-led scientific meetings Higher degree
