Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the Screening process, such as data entry, maintaining records and handling documentation.
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence with professionalism.
- Utilise computerised systems for efficient office operations.
- Utilise Microsoft Teams for various administrative functions.
Skills
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with clients and customers at all levels.
- Ability to follow processes.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, email and database experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
