Treasury Technology are responsible for the design, build and operation of Deutsche Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Treasury trading, balance sheet management and liquidity reporting platforms. In partnership with the Treasury Business, we look to deliver technology solutions that enable organisational liquidity management and efficiencies. We currently have a significant regulatory agenda to deliver that includes some of the top 50 programs in Deutsche Bank.

Treasury Technology has a strong commercial focus. The scope of this role includes adopting a large-scale scrum approach to delivering value to the business. As a Scrum Master you will need to be highly motivated as you guide and support the agile teams. You will control the processes that the teams engage with on a day-to-day basis, across multiple locations. Working alongside the Product Owner you will need to motivate your team with proven leadership skills, making sure that the teams operate effective agile methodologies.

Your key responsibilities

• Fostering cross team communication and guide continuous backlog refinement with the team
• Fostering an agile culture and build a strong and cohesive team dynamic
• Fostering trust and collaboration across all team members; make it safe to challenge, experiment and fail without fear
• Promoting continuous improvement at the team level for all functions, giving recognition for results
• Facilitating all Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives and daily stand-ups
• Face of between the development team and product owner group

Keeping the status and progress of stories up to date in JIRA

Your skills and experience

• Experience of working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban or XP. SAFe would be desirable
• Strong Agile skills - preferably experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Experience using tools such as JIRA
• Experience or Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Oracle PL/SQL would be highly desirable
• Strong Java / Oracle background
