We're on the road all season long, setting up at iconic events like the Royal Highland Show and the Edinburgh Fringe -- and no two events are the same. You'll be right in the middle of the action, soaking up the buzz, meeting loads of people, and getting paid to be part of something amazing.

2025 EVENT DATES:

- May 23-25

- June 7-8

- June 12-15

- June 18-22

- June 28

- July 7-13

- July 18 - August 26 (Edinburgh Festival Fringe)

WHERE YOU'LL BE:

Most events take place in Edinburgh, but we also attend a few outside the city.

Transport is provided for any events that aren't local -- no need to worry about getting there.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Taking customer orders and working the till

- Preparing and serving food efficiently and with care

- Keeping the unit clean, organised and well-stocked

- Working closely with a supportive, high-energy team

- Staying sharp and having fun in a fast-paced environment

WHO THIS IS PERFECT FOR:
