We are currently looking for a sealant applicator to join our highly skilled team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional sealant jointing.

Role Overview:

As a sealant applicator at MMARR, you will be responsible for installing a variety of sealants. You will work within a supportive team, following industry best practices to deliver high-quality work in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Skilled sealant application in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Assess gaps and jointing required based on customer needs and energy efficiency goals.

Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring all seals comply with building regulations and safety standards.

Safely manage materials and tools, following MMARR's strict safety protocols.

Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to the highest standard.

Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service, explaining sealant benefits and answering client questions.

Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

:

Minimum 2 years experience in daily trade applicator role .

Knowledge of materials and installation techniques.

Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A valid driver's license.

Lives in the central Scotland Area.

CSCS cardholder (evidence trade card required)
