Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Lace Wig Technician
to assist with ventilating and constructing high-quality lace wigs. We welcomeexperienced wig ventilators
as well asseamstresses interested in training
in wig making and hair ventilation.Responsibilities:
Ventilate hair into lace wigs, closures, and frontals Create natural hairlines, parting spaces, and density Assist with wig sewing, construction, and repairs Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail Sewing experience (hand or machine) Willingness to learn wig making and ventilation
Training:
Training provided for suitable seamstress candidates
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience (hourly)
