Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Seamstress and/or fabric cutter

to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to the creation of bespoke flags and related products, ensuring each item reflects our high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Sew and assemble flags, bunting, and other textile products according to design specifications. Maintain consistent quality throughout the production process. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines. Operate sewing machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with fabric preparation and finishing tasks as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience as a seamstress or in a similar sewing role is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials.
