We're looking for an experienced, analytical, and forward-thinking
SEO Specialist
with a passion for emerging search technologies to join our high-performing digital agency team. As we expand into the evolving world of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), this role is ideal for someone already exploring (or eager to upskill in) how AI and generative search are reshaping digital visibility. You'll be working with ambitious brands across the UK, US, and South Africa, helping shape the future of search-driven strategy.
You'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of GEO and SEO strategy and execution, driving visibility across both traditional and generative search platforms. This includes developing data-driven strategies, producing and refining content, implementing on-page and technical optimisations, and collaborating closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute holistic GEO & SEO strategies aligned with client business goals.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits.
Identify technical SEO issues and lead implementation in collaboration with developers.
Maintain Monday.com and related project tools, including projects, briefs and dashboards, to support efficient workflows and team collaboration.
Handle end-to-end GEO & SEO from strategy to execution, including writing content, implementing optimisations, briefing in on-page update to development departments, and ensuring alignment with technical, on-page, and business objectives.
Optimisation
Perform on-page optimisations including meta data, schema markup, headings, and internal linking.
Support off-page SEO and link-building strategies through outreach and partnerships.
Ensure SEO best practices are embedded across website builds, migrations, and redesigns.
Tracking & Reporting
Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings, site performance, traffic quality, and engagement metrics.
Produce and present monthly reports with insights, wins, and optimisation opportunities.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO & GEO is integrated from concept to delivery.
Provide recommendations and training to internal teams and clients where needed.
Stay ahead of search engine trends, algorithm changes, and evolving best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Over 5 years of proven SEO experience in an agency setting.
Proven understanding of GEO or a demonstrated interest in upskilling within this emerging area of search.
Strong grasp of technical SEO and website architecture.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.
Demonstrated ability to grow rankings, improve CTR, and drive conversions organically.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and client accounts concurrently.
Experience in local SEO, ecommerce SEO, or international SEO
