The Role:
You will take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy with a particular focus on organic growth, lead generation, and online visibility. From planning to execution, your efforts will directly influence how we attract and engage our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement a data-driven SEO strategy across all digital channels (on-page, off-page, technical) Manage and optimise paid search, social media, and email marketing campaigns Oversee website performance, CRO, and analytics to drive continual improvement Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver compelling, search-optimised digital assets Identify growth opportunities via competitor analysis, keyword research, and digital trends Track, report, and analyse KPIs to inform strategy and improve ROI Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and freelancers (where relevant)
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) Strong grasp of PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite Experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, Data Studio, etc.) Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute Excellent communication and leadership skills Bonus: Experience in franchising, care, or regulated industries
