We are looking for an Associate to join our team on a Seasonal/Temporary basis. This role includes shifts during school holidays (Summer, Christmas, and Half-terms) and on special Wembley Stadium Event Days.

Your role and responsibilities: Seasonal Associate



o Meeting and greeting customers in a polite, welcoming and professional manner, ensuring all guests receive the 'Pop Golf Experience'

o Checking-in and creating bookings via our booking system and POS

o Inducting customers to the Course including any Health and Safety requirements prior to play

o Being on hand to answer any customer questions/queries throughout the day

o Hosting parties and special occasions from Children's Birthdays to Corporate Exclusive Hires

o Ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout all customer areas

o Maintain cleanliness standards throughout all customer areas including courses, bar areas etc

o Serving customers food and drinks whilst keeping in line with the Company's Health and Safety, Food Safety, Personal Hygiene and any other Policies and Procedures

o Serving all food and drink to Company Specifications

o Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive and up-selling products and sharing product knowledge

o Provide outstanding customer service in all areas

o Alerts Managers of potential issues

o Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise following FIFO procedures

o Keeping in line with all the Company Policies and Procedures in relation to its legal obligations in reference to Health and Safety, Food Safety, Licensing, Health and Hygiene (this list in non-exhaustive)

o Communicating and reporting to the Manager any issue's, complaints or reviews

o Your role may contain other ad hoc duties where management requires, which may include (but not limited to): Opening/closing duties, social media creation and scheduling, stock checks, answering emails, financial reporting etc.

- Must be available during School Holidays/Wembley Event Days (includes Christmas, Summer and half-terms + must be available to work Wembley Event Days)

- Exceptional customer service and hosting skills

- The ability to drive sales in quiet periods

- Loves building connections and talking to customers

- An upbeat, friendly and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Great Communication Skills

- Brilliant Multitasking ability and memory, able to memorise recipes and specs, and prepare the variety of beverages to a high standard.

- The ability to adapt quickly to new scenarios or policies

- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences

- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and fun environment

- The ability to connect with guests and make every moment memorable

- Creativity and energy to contribute to our fun, music-infused atmosphere

Previous experience in any of the following: hospitality/leisure, sales and events preferred but we welcome all applicants with a range of experiences.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
