Seasonal Golf Course Marshal
Job Description
We're looking for a seasonal Golf Course Marshal to join our team at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre.
Wycombe Heights is a busy Golf Centre with an 18 hole Main Course, 18 hole Par 3 Course, Driving Range with TrackMan technology, Pro Shop, Bar & Restaurant.
The Golf Course Marshal is a role that incorporates greeting customers on the first tee, checking all golfers have paid a greenfee, driving round the course looking for slow play and maintaining very of the high presentation standards and service levels.
Flexibility is important as the position involves being available at busy times so hours may vary due to the seasonal demands of the business.
Golf Course
Audit golfers prior to teeing off to ensure players are members or have paid the appropriate green fee. Monitor golfers on all courses to ensure all golfers stay up with pace of play. Conduct course tours to check all golfers are members or have paid appropriate green fee. During course tours the teeing areas are to be reviewed to ensure rubbish bins are clear, discarded tees are placed in bin, steps to tees are tidy and clear of debris and free of litter Buggy's to be clean and displayed in front of the clubhouse ready for customers. Buggy's to have rubbish removed after each round, before being put away in storage, ready for the following day. Having golf knowledge is essential for the role.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 10.19-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
