Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Harbwr Tap and Kitchen in Tenby. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service while serving drinks and assisting with food orders. Your contributions will help create a vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to customers efficiently and courteously. Ensure a clean and organized bar area at all times. Engage with guests to provide an exceptional dining experience. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Promote menu items through effective upselling techniques. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
