A Mission -- to bring conservation to life here at the Welsh Mountain Zoo -- and we're looking for

Seasonal Car Park Marshalls

to help ensure our visitors have a fun and memorable day.

As a well-established charity with a proud legacy in animal welfare, conservation, and education, our Marshalls take pride in delivering excellent service while working as part of a professional, friendly, and supportive team.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests and guide them to park safely and efficiently. Respond to guest enquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Empty bins, and remove litter, leaves, and debris from paths and walkways. Assist with small maintenance tasks, such as painting fences or benches. Support the opening and closing of the car park and zoo grounds each day. Follow all health, safety, and zoo procedures.

What You'll Bring

A great team spirit and the ability to work independently. Confidence in following rules and staying organised. A friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer service skills. Physical fitness -- able to lift, clean, and stay on your feet for extended periods. A positive attitude to working outdoors in all weather conditions. Punctuality, reliability, and a smart, presentable appearance. Available to work between July and early September (including weekends/bank holidays) with no holidays booked during this time. The ability to travel to the zoo, and start work on time at 8:30am.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour
