Join our team at Odds Farm Park as a Catering Assistant! In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic catering environment. As a Catering Assistant, you will assist with food preparation, set up event spaces, provide excellent guest services, and ensure the smooth execution of catering events. Please note this position is for October Half Term and during our Christmas period however, if you stand out we will welcome you back for all our seasonal events throughout the year and potential weekend work.

The dates required to work will be the following:



Weekends throughout October and from 25th October - 2nd November



Event days that are required to work during our Christmas period are -

28, 29, 30 November



5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 December



All applicants must be available to work during these dates.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and presentation for catering
- Provide excellent guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and basic culinary techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required
