Seasonal Catering Assistants
Job Description
We are looking for friendly and energetic colleagues to join our catering unit team at Torvean Caravan Park in the heart of Inverness.
Ideally we seek candidates with previous catering experience. The catering unit will be open from Monday to Sunday each week. We will require our team members to prepare and serve various delicious menu options for our customers.
The catering unit will be open from May until September. The positions will be temporary for the summer season.
Description - The role will undertake the following key duties.
Cooking and preparing food.
Serving customers.
Cleaning.
Ordering ingredients.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Strong serving and hospitality skills Experience in catering and food preparation Background in restaurant operations Barista experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work using own initiative Excellent communication and customer service skills
