Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Help manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to hygiene standards.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and production techniques.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing teams.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures is advantageous.
