Your Role & Responsibilities



As a

Community Carer

, you will deliver essential, person-centred care, promoting the independence and dignity of our clients.

Hands-on Support:

Assisting with personal care, administering medication, preparing meals, and helping with mobility.

Companionship:

Providing emotional support and meaningful connection during your visits.

Documentation:

Keeping accurate and confidential records of care delivered.

Travel:

Safely and reliably traveling between client homes within East Devon.

What We Look For in You



You don't need previous care experience--we provide full, paid training! What you do need is the right attitude and commitment:

A truly caring and compassionate nature.

Reliability

and

excellent communication skills.

The

flexibility

to work shifts between 7am-10pm, including alternate weekends.

Essential:

A

valid driving licence

(due to the location of our clients).

Bonus:

Health & Social Care qualifications (NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or 3) are a plus, but we can help you achieve them!
