Join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant at our renowned establishment.

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to support our catering and restaurant operations for July and August. The Food and Beverage Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the overall hospitality experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including cleaning and organizing work areas, arranging ingredients, and supporting the kitchen team.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of food services by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Support bartending activities by preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining a clean bar area.
- Uphold food safety standards at all times to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Help in catering events by setting up serving stations, assisting with food presentation, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the restaurant staff to provide efficient service during peak hours.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality industry standards.
- Familiarity with catering operations and bartending procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
