Seasonal Food and Beverage Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Inverness Golf Club. Working in the region of 16 hours per week, the ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts. Experience of working in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
The Role:
Create a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests.
Ensure an exceptional service is delivered to members and guests at all times.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure that the orders are communicated to the Kitchen and Bar promptly and accurately.
Set up, clear and promptly service tables after use.
Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties, for functions as required.
Till procedures to be carried out in line with guidelines.
Manage bookings over the phone, in person and by email.
Person Specification:
Previous experience preferred.
Customer focused, friendly outlook, aiming to provide the best customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment.
